Submit the Interest Form if you you’re curious, and let’s chat - there’s no commitment yet.

What We’ll Cover…

  • How to work with - not against - your ADHD brain

  • Managing overwhelm in your calendar, your home, your work, & your head

  • Understanding the interest-based nervous system

  • How ADHD plays out in your relationships

  • Emotional reactivity and rejection sensitivity

  • Self-compassion & healing from internalized ableism

For ADHDers who feel overwhelmed by life

It’s a safe space to be messy.

Bring your doom piles, unfinished projects, and stories of that embarrassing thing you said 5 years ago that still haunts you at night. (IYKYK 🫠)

You’re among people who get it.

Tangible, practical tools that work for your brain

Learn ADHD-friendly planning, organization, & time management tools.

I won’t ask you if you’ve tried keeping a calendar. 🙄

Get help with avoidance and overwhelm, and build structure that doesn’t feel like a cage.

Get support with big emotions

Being sensitive and a deep feeler has its gifts and challenges in our world.

Learn how to feel your emotions with compassion and nervous system support, instead of either repressing or drowning in feelings.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Nope! The group is for anyone who wants help with organization, focus, and making life feel more manageable. While we’ll focus on ADHD, you don’t need to be diagnosed with anything to join.

  • All participants will meet with me 1 on 1 first for an intake session ($200), then the group costs $600, for $800 total. Clients who have worked with me before can skip the intake session.

Payment is in 3 chunks: after the intake session ($200), the start of the first month of group ($300), and the start of the second month of group ($300).

  • Yes, I have at least one Pay-What-You-Can spot per group for BIPOC/people of the global majority who are currently experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out if you’re interested in joining but can’t afford the full fee!

  • These groups are private-pay only, but I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement if your plan covers group therapy.

  • Groups are held online on a secure video platform.

  • No, it’s not a drop-in group. This is a closed group to support safety and consistency. You’ll join a cohort and grow together over time.

If you know you’ll need to miss up to one of the 8 weekly meetings (due to travel, etc.), you can still join. The two body doubling sessions (like co-working sessions) will be interspersed in the 8 weeks and are optional but highly encouraged!

  • This group isn’t about forcing yourself into rigid systems (or really, about force at all). We’ll help you build scaffolding that fits your nervous system and capacity, using sustainable, self-compassionate tools that are specifically designed for ADHDers.

It’s called a “lab” for a reason. We’ll do plenty of experimenting to see what works for you, specifically.

  • Yes, please! Anyone interested can fill out the interest form, and then you and I will have a phone conversation (free) to see if you’re a good fit for the group and vice versa.

It’s not a sales call- I genuinely don’t want anyone to join who feels pressured to. I really value your autonomy.

If we both agree to move forward, we’ll schedule an individual intake session before the group begins to get to know each other.
