Becoming Ourselves:

A Therapy Group for Autistic and ADHD Adults

Unmask. Belong. Be Known. Come home to yourself — and find community with others who get it.

Submit the Interest Form if you you’re curious, and let’s chat - there’s no commitment yet.

So you’re Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD… Now what?!

Discovering your neurodivergence is starting to make your whole life make sense.

You long for community and help unpacking it all, but you struggle to find spaces that feel safe enough to do so.

You’re also overwhelmed AF with where to start.

Come be among people who get it, and will be alongside you as you figure it out together.

Belonging > Fitting In

You’re tired of trying to make yourself palatable to the world at the expense of your mind, body, and soul.

And at the same time, unmasking and being your true self sounds terrifying.

Learn to reconnect with yourself and others in a safer way.

Be welcomed as you are

Come and fidget, stim away, make eye contact or not, and sit with the lights off and a weighted blanket on if you need to!

Share about your most passionate interests, or about how nothing makes you feel excited anymore because you’re so deep in burnout.

Feel less alone, and learn from others’ experiences.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Messiness is welcome here.

This is a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed therapy process group for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD (self-diagnosed welcome) adults seeking space to unmask, heal, and grow in connection with others.

Together, we’ll explore identity, belonging, and authenticity outside of all the neuronormative “shoulds.”

We’ll draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches to explore themes like sensory needs, masking/unmasking, shame, boundaries, (re)connecting with the body, and reclaiming self-trust.

The group will be small and intimate (6-8 max!), with plenty of personalized support.

Space is limited! We’ll start as soon as we’re full, likely in September 2025.

Submit the Interest Form if you’re curious.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Absolutely. Many folks are in active discovery. This group welcomes you in that exploration.

  • All participants will meet with me 1 on 1 first for an intake session ($200), then the group costs $600, for $800 total.

Payment is in 3 chunks: after the intake session ($200), the start of the first month of group ($300), and the start of the second month of group ($300).

  • Yes, I will be offering at least one Pay-What-You-Can spot per group for BIPOC/people of the global majority who are currently experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out if you’re interested in joining but can’t afford the full fee!

  • These groups are private-pay only, but I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement if your plan covers group therapy.

  • Groups are held online on a secure video platform.

  • No, it’s not a drop in group. This is a closed group to support safety and consistency. You’ll join a cohort and grow together over time.

If you know you’ll need to miss up to one of the 8 weekly meetings (due to travel, etc.), you can still join. The two body doubling sessions (like co-working sessions) will be interspersed in the 8 weeks and are optional but highly encouraged!

  • No formal curriculum. This is a process-oriented group for unpacking identity, healing from masking, exploring your needs, and reclaiming self-trust in the context of neurodivergence and trauma.

While I’ll introduce some topics and share helpful resources, we’ll follow emergent themes based on what group members bring in each week.

  • Yes, please! Anyone interested can fill out the interest form, and then you and I will have a phone conversation (free) to see if you’re a good fit for the group and vice versa.

It’s not a sales call- I genuinely don’t want anyone to join who feels pressured to. I really value your autonomy.

If we both agree to move forward, we’ll schedule an individual intake session before the group begins to get to know each other.
