Becoming Ourselves:
A Counseling Group for Autistic and AuDHD Adults
Now Open for the Fall 2026 Cohort! We start October 1.
If this round isn’t the right time for you, please reach out to join the interest list and be notified when the next cohort begins.
Unmask. Belong. Be Known. Come home to yourself — and find community with others who get it.
Submit the Interest Form if you you’re curious, and let’s chat - there’s no commitment yet.
So, you’ve discovered you’re Autistic or AuDHD… Now what?!
Discovering your neurodivergence is starting to make your whole life make sense.
You long for community and support in unpacking it all, but you struggle to find spaces that feel safe enough to do so.
You’re also overwhelmed AF with where to start.
Come be among people who get it, and will be alongside you as you figure it out together.
Belonging > Fitting In
You’re tired of trying to make yourself palatable to the world at the expense of your mind, body, and soul.
And at the same time, unmasking and being your true self sounds terrifying.
Learn to reconnect with yourself and others in a safer way.
Be welcomed as you are
Come and fidget, stim away, make eye contact or not, and sit with the lights off and a weighted blanket - however you feel most yourself!
Share about your most passionate interests, or about how nothing makes you feel excited anymore because you’re so deep in burnout.
Feel less alone, and learn from others’ experiences.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Messiness is welcome here.

This is a neurodivergent-affirming counseling group for Autistic and AuDHD (self-diagnosed welcome) adults seeking space to better understand themselves, unmask, and experiment with more authentic ways of relating and communicating… outside of all the neuronormative “shoulds.”
Through group discussion, psychoeducation, and guided experiential exercises, we’ll focus on sensory needs, communication, boundaries, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, self-trust, identity, and belonging.
This is a space to learn, experiment, connect, and discover what works for you, with room to develop ways of being and relating that feel more natural and sustainable.
The group is kept small and intimate (8 people max!), with plenty of personalized support. Space is limited!
Submit the Interest Form if you’re curious.

No, it’s not a drop in group. This is a closed group to support safety and consistency. You’ll join a cohort and grow together over time.
If you know you’ll need to miss up to one of the 8 weekly meetings (due to travel, etc.), you can still join.
-
No formal curriculum, but each week has a theme. This is a group for learning about yourself and your needs, and practicing being more unmasked and authentic in a safe environment with other autistic people.
While I’ll introduce topics and share helpful resources, we’ll also follow emergent themes based on what group members bring in each week.
-
Yes, please! Anyone interested can fill out the interest form, and then you and I will have a phone conversation (free) to see if you’re a good fit for the group and vice versa.
It’s not a sales call- I genuinely don’t want anyone to join who feels pressured to or is questioning the fit. I really value your autonomy.
If we both agree to move forward, we’ll schedule an individual intake session before the group begins to get to know each other.
